BIJI VR - FINANCE DIRECTOR
Biji VR is the Finance Director of Western Group, playing a pivotal role in the financial planning and strategy across all group companies.
She leads the finance team in managing the financial health of Western Group which comprises of Western Control Automation Pvt. Ltd., Western Human Resources Pvt. Ltd., and Vadayar Services Pvt. Ltd. Her expertise ensures the sustained growth and profitability of the group, making her an integral part of the leadership team.
ARCHIT MANOJ - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Archit Manoj joined the Western Group in June 2023 and has been pivotal in driving the group's digital and technological advancements.
He plays a key role in managing various verticals of the group, with a primary focus on production and marketing departments. Archit’s leadership is instrumental in shaping the future direction of the company while ensuring operational excellence across all divisions.
